The interview experience was authentic and in depth. We stepped beyond the normal "interview" questions and instead focused on communication styles, dreams within the potential position, common professional interests and how they lend support to getting the job done. It felt like a real conversation and like I could bring my true self to that office. The HR gal and the potential boss were the type of people I'd want to be friends with and see on a daily basis.
