Interview was great. They gave me an offer which i accepted. Took drug test/background check next day and never got a call back, its been 3 weeks. Tried to call them and my call kept being cut off due to others being on hold. Waste of time I turned down other jobs because of this.

Online interview / pre-screening consisted of basic questions like: what's your experience with technology? When's a time you worked in a team? What's your availability? At the end, they say whether you are fit for an in person interview or not and they will set it up for you

Simple interview with the woman who ran the HR department at our store. Basic behavioral questions and then questions about my availability and work preferences. Overall the interview was very easy and was just there to screen for professional responses.
