interviewed by store associate, seemed like a cattle call. They didn't know anything about who I was or why I was there. They couldn't find my corporate resume and were unable to move forward. They seemed very disorganized

The department position best fit was not addressed. It was not an in store position. The process was long after receiving the offer when additional information was asked for.

Easy. In person. More like a conversation. Very comfortable environment and laid back situation. Interviewer made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me too much. One of the better interview experiences I've had.
