One on one with questions and a role-playing situation. Questions were vague but the conversation was an open discussion. Interview with managers and district team for any position. Interview was mostly in an office setting with some time spent on the sales floor.

It was interesting interview . At the end of the session I asked questions to learn more about the team , One of the interviewer could barely answer questions about the teams accomplishment . He seemed uncertain no metrics or indepth. information. The interviewers didn't seem unprepared it felt like a waste of my time. No feedback from the outcome. No offer or rejection email was sent.

The interview was standard and covered most things a standard interview does including employment history, education, management experience, and aptitude. They were friendly and personable and gave a good sense of what it was like to work at the store.
