I went through the interview with the recruiter first. Then did a zoom interview with someone higher up. Was given a verbal offer over the phone 3 days later which I accepted. Filled out the credentialing application online, and have now been waiting 2.5 months for a start date. Original recruiter is no longer with the company, new recruiter does not respond to emails or phone calls for 2-3 business days. The credentialing manager doesn’t respond at all to any communication attempts. This has been beyond frustrating and I am worried to start with this company based on this being my first experience with them. I haven’t even started and they can’t communicate at all.
