Interview is in person with the regional manager or sometimes CEO, Jane. The interview is about 15 minutes and they email you afterwards to set up a working interview. You work 4 hours for free just doing small tasks in the midst of the bustling and busy atmosphere. Then there is an interview with someone in upper management to test your aesthetic eye, assessment skills, and to see how steady your hand is.
