Phone screen by their outsourced HR person, which went well. The process was fairly organized, and I had 3 additional video interviews with the COO/CEO and other members of the team. This took about 3 weeks. Communication halted after my last interview, despite being told I would receive an update within 3-5 days. I received another offer that was time sensitive, and was very, very transparent about this with the outsourced HR rep. She never got back to me, provided no updates, and then pretended to not know that another candidate had been offered the role. Incredibly disrespectful process that almost cost me another position. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and bailed. BE CAREFUL- they will tell you how much they value culture and treat each other like family, but this is not how you will be treated as a candidate.
