Application submitted online. After phone interview with lab manager and Skype interview with HR, I was flown to the facility to interview with all available members of staff. MRN paid for my flight, hotel stay, transportation while there, and meals. They also organized the two day interview schedule. The first day consisted of a dinner interview with the lab manager and the second day consisted of approximately 15 back to back interviews with the rest of the staff including research assistants, research coordinators, graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and the principal investigators. Overall, quite an exhausting and intimidating process.
