Entrevista
A screening interview with a recruiter, then an interview with the prospective boss, followed by a panel. The job description was vague and recruiter didn't really have any idea what it was about. The prospective boss clearly explained it. His interview focused on describing the role, probing how my background would be a good fit, and assessing how I would communicate upwards. Panel interview involved a 2-page case and a 60 minute Zoom call with 3-4 people, including the prospective boss.

Entrevista
I had a total of 10 interviews due to the matrixed org structure - 2 by phone and 8 in-person. It was a slow process that took over two months, starting in late September and an offer in early December.

The hiring process was straightforward. There was an initial phone screen and then one or two on-site interviews. The process moved along fairly rapidly.

There were no "trap" questions. Most interviews were fairly conversational, and focused on the type of work NPD is engaged in.
