first round was a telephonic interview with Aditi, that was about 20-30 minutes of self introduction and on over all experience. 2nd round was again a telephonic interview scheduled with John. It was about 45 minutes on training experience, skill development. once that was successfully completed, the next round was a Demo Class I conducted at Gurukul. It was a nice experience and lesson plans were given in prior. Demo class was for about 10 Minutes. I met Pritha at Gurukul, she had taken me to a live class room. Once after the demo class, she shared the feedback. Final Round was with Gopal...on the self introduction and previous experience and about the specific skill that I would be training..Over all it was a nice experience.
