The interview process was straightforward and easy. It started with an initial HR screening, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and then a peer interview. There was also a final check-in with Boyan. The focus throughout was primarily on cultural fit and motivation, rather than technical grilling. Overall, it felt more like a two-way conversation than a test, and the team was friendly and transparent.
