Had 3 interviews. Final interview with a member of upper management. I prepared a full presentation which required me to basically plan an entire conference. Never got a final decision after checking in a few times. Saw the job posting reposted a few months later. I think they are using their interview process to gather new ideas from presentations. Extremely bad form to require such a significant amount of outside work to be fully ghosted.
