The process was just a couple of interviews to see if the personalities will fit followed with a training practical (demonstrating personal training acumen to multiple people), see if you fit in the business' culture which is really quite reflective of the town. It is executive level service to a very nice beach community. Professionalism is very important. Managing schedules is on the trainers, but the owner will find you clients.
