The e-receipts format we are dealing with changes regularly, disrupting our sprint, decreasing team velocity. How would you deal with this problem.

In the short term, I would account for buffer in the sprint planning and in the long term, I would invest in a tech solution such as LLMs. I was told LLMs are expensive. Honestly, I have no idea what they mean, they cost a few pennies per token on AWS (their cloud service provider) Bedrock.
