The first Interview was very much behavioral type questions and applying past experience, explaining significant projects. The second Interview included culture questions/personality and if it's a good fit, fundamental get-to-know-you questions. The last interview with SVP was simple - main question was "Tell me about yourself" and questions stemmed from that.
