I solved the assignment successfully (the task comes with an automatic score system that shows the result of your optimizations/correctness of the bew features). I did't get an offer since both the assignment and the CV showed a lack of experience/skills (junior profile). They were super nice all the time and even explained to me why they choose not to take the application process further with a detailed email.
