The most difficult question was them asking me to recreate an assembly using CAD tools, given only a single cross section view of their existing assembly.

I designed the CAD model over a single weekend, making sure to include tolerancing between key components, access holes for given electronics and bolts for assembly, and being careful to include considerations for key components that they provided (brake, gearbox, etc.)
