First-round will be the HackerEarth test If you clear it All of a sudden HR will call you and schedule an interview next day morning If we clear a round the next round will be there in next 30 or 45 mins Continuously they will schedule like this and they will waste our day but the final round results around they will not tell If you are an experienced person they will ask about the current project we are working on, they will never ever listen, and with the assumption and less understanding of what we say they start throwing questions. Then suddenly they will start giving a random problem while we are solving it they will stop us saying time is running and they will give a SQL query and again after finishing that they will ask to continue with the problem but again in the middle, they will interrupt us. This shows how poor the planning of the team and not able to interview and analyse a candidate.
