The questions were creative and complex. One, for instance, asked the interviewee to explain a time when he/she conducted detailed analysis of a situation/problem, presented findings to a decision maker, and the presentation influenced some form of change.

I drew on a particular leadership experience while deployed to Iraq roughly a decade ago. It became problematic as one of the interviewers was required to transcribe my answer on the form. Did not seem to work well given the required complexity of the response.
