There were really no curveballs or anything truly surprising. I was told the initial interview would be a 1 on 1, but it was with a group, however that isn't unusual. If you looked up "interview questions for {position x}" on the internet, you'd be pretty well prepared. They barely mentioned the actual Bright Choices product or anything they produce.
