The questions were very scripted and predictable. "Tell me about a time when you successfully handled a difficult situation at work", "How would your co-workers describe you", and so on.

I gave very bland answers I knew would get me through. I needed a job and I'd unfortunately assumed this was an interesting startup. It wasn't.
