I was given time to read and explain my process, but some of the questions I asked during the interview were already answered in the document. The CEO handled it well and explained things to me to help me implement, but I would definitely say to take your time to read it. Don't feel nervous or rushed to answer the question like me....the CEO is pretty nice :)
