It took 1 month to get a call for the first interview after applying online. expenses for the 1st interview as I was living 100+ KM far. Call for 2nd interview was 30 days later. Then no answer for another 3 weeks. After that, HR manager informed that I have been selected finally but their approval for this position has expired and requires approval from VP. This will take another 2 weeks along with reference check and drug test total 4 weeks. I don't understand why do they pay HR manager for? It's their job to make sure hiring is done before the approval expires. If HR managers were responsible and accountable re-approval could have been avoided. This is how talents are missed out! I got another offer and accepted it without waiting for Conocophillips.
