There were 2 rounds of Interview:- 1.Technical Round Asked the basic SQL Questions Joins, Ranks and all 2. Managerial and Technical Round Asked basic SQL Questions about functions and methods Asked why I am leaving the job as it is 3 years of my experience and if i got selected it will be 3 rd company of my career. Asked what is the most difficult situation you faced with and irritating customer

The answers were easy I cleared everything but may be I think the manager was not comfortable with my job changing attitude I can sense it as I have seen the profile of the person who was dedicated for 6 years for his first job , I think it depends upon interviewer whether a person is open minded or wants anybody having the same mindset.
