I absolutely agree with you. This is one company which has the most unorganized/unstructured in terms of the interview process. They ask low experienced profiles to interview the senior level candidates which to me looks absurd and uncalled for and with whatever limited or nil knowledge those low experienced resources have, they want to listen only the stuff that they know. They will waste a lot of your time with their desktop share coding rounds and ultimately will ask some rookies to evaluate you. It's a sincere request not to go for this company if you respect and value yourself and your time.
