I was ask to met with the Branch Manager for an interview after receiving my application on line. A meeting was set up and entered with warm and professional staff greeting. The Branch Manager came and introduced herself and we proceed to her office for the interview. Questions asked were; what is my interest in RBC and the position that I have applied for. How long do you see yourself working for RBC. Also, my selling and customer service experience. I did not get the job. Someone with a few years of Teller experience was hire for the job but I was asked if my Resume could be keep for any upcoming jobs at this branch and any other branches in the area.
