I run a $50MM global program that has multiple workstreams, working in parallel to achieve various objectives depending on the particular phase of the program. Therefor, I cannot quantify how many "projects" I work on in a week. My team has objectives and deliverables to meet at predetermined times in the project schedule based on service level agreements.
