In addition to that, Mivatek is a very bad working environment. You can expect the CEO to yell or curse at you almost everyday. Basically no one means anything to him. The CEO is not a person that's willing to listen to other's suggestions or recommendations. From my observation working at Mivatek, the CEO's mentality is that his way is the only way of running things. Everyone else's opinion does not matter. I know people try to avoid contact with him as much as possible.
