I would love to know the backgrounds of people who get into this job. I have over a decade of experience in I.T. supporting everything from Biotech Firms to churches, and others at an MSP. I've done everything from Windows server, exchange, desktopengineering, CCTV, Access control, Azure, Office 365, PBX phone systems, VoIP, and more. On top of that, I also have at least 12 AV certifications and 4 more years in commercial AV integration literally designing Zoom rooms AND I have Zoom's partner certification... oh, and I went to one of the best schools in the country... and when I applied I was told "your background isn't a match." Excuse me? So who the Hell is getting an interview for this? How could a background match more than someone who literally has a green screen multi camera, multi-mic OBS setup in his room for ZOOM CALLS... I'm at a complete loss with these guys.
