I responded with: in my current job I deal with disgruntled customers all the time. One thing I realized is that the patient or the customer isn’t angry with you personally they are angry or upset with what’s going on with them in life and then we need to be empathetic and understanding and then try to point them in the right direction to get them where they need to be.
