I was prepared for this question. It took over a week of research to figure out exactly what it is that they do. The AllMed website is riddled with inconsistencies and tech babble which makes it hard for an outsider to understand their value. I turned to other resources to gain insight. In business, you should be able to explain what it is you do to your customers and stakeholders in just a few seconds. I prepared my answer as such. The interviewer became combative from there on out and started playing down the role. She also explained the company is not going to be growing much in the next 5 years and in her own way made the position sound like a dead end job.
