I explained that I had a number of friends who had worked there and really enjoyed it. Also had a friend who put me in touch with her cousin--an engineer-who had lunch with me. I am not sure if Netflix would have been a good fit for me and my skill set HOWEVER it is the recruiters job to flesh that out...without bias, without attitude. didn't happen.
