If you read the document you can answer most of not all the questions. However, from doing some research about the company on the net, I knew that you will be tight to the contact for you two years which is not a problem by itself, but the problem was when I knew that if they didn't find a job for me, I will still be paid around 150 dollar per week! Also, when they find a job for me or an assignment, it could be as long as from 1 month to 12 months, but most reviewers said most of the time is so short which is not worth re-locate every time on your own cost except for 500 dollar or so. Overall, if I was so young and have no debt and loans to pay off, also if the contract duration was a year, I would have taken the offer. Also if the contract wanna stay at two years, they must find you a job or at least pay you fair amount (30K per year)
