I got call latter from E-litmus.it was good interview.I mention Java and Sql in Resume but interviewer did not ask me about it.I don't know what they are looking for??

It was a direct f2f interview. There were 2 people in panel. I was asked about my project,basics of java and was asked to solve a simple maths puzzle. I asked the interviewer to repeat the question twice because his accent was quite difficult to understand and in the end I made a mistake due to that. I told the interviewers that I do have knowledge of web development. But I guess they were only looking for someone with basic puzzle solving knowledge because people with basic knowledge of c programming were selected but those with 3-4 programming languages were rejected . I would advice the management to look for coding skills while selecting for a software developer profile.
