Sit through 3 unhelpful presentations before being set a task. You sit in a room with the other candidates and are paired up, then you are given 15 minutes to ask each other questions before then presenting why your partner is a great client for Third Republic. After which, you are then given 3 CVs to pick from for a job description for which you pitch one of the managers in a 1-on-1

Long conversations at each step of the process. Around 4-5 rounds of interviews meeting everyone that leads the company. Go into your background and makes you role play different scenarios to see how you would handle them.
