The initial process was really quick, responsive and friendly. I had two interviews and for the second one I prepared a presentation as requested. I was told I would hear a decision within a few days of the second interview. I never heard from them again, despite following up via email asking for the status or feedback. I understand that not all interviews are successful, it happens, but after two interviews and preparing a presentation I expect a response. It's just really disrespectful to ignore an applicant after they put so much effort into the process. I just assume by the way they treat potential applicants that's what they are like as employers...
