This role was very determinant on data structures and algorithms as well as the general .NET principles. How would you process a large set of data efficiently? What type of data structure would you use and how would you work with it to process a large amount of data, say 5000+ items?

I mentioned an improper data structure, not well suited for the task since it was a bit slow to process. In short, be ready for anything you have slapped on your resume, they will assess and ask questions based on anything from your skills or portfolio. Best be prepared to answer anything you use to get the interview.
