Got a call from HR and scheduled a phone interview with the manager. A few weeks later got an on site invitation. I was told a decision will be made in a week.

First round was phone interview with some technical questions, not too difficult. The second round involved very specific optics-related questions with 4 different people on the team. Overall was a little tricky and unexpected because optics isn't my specialty and I had made that clear earlier. Ultimately wasn't selected for the role, but the team seemed nice - just felt that they were looking for specialized skills that weren't mentioned in the job description.
