I had a phone interview with the recruiter that contacted me which lead to a second interview. I thought the interview went well and was told to expect a second discussion, but they decided to move in another direction. They used a scheduling system which led me to having to follow up on appointment times, but since I was excited about the opportunity, I didn't mind. The only negative I have would be since the initial interviews went well and I was told to expect a final call, I would have appreciated feedback on what lead to their decision. Overall the interview process was fine.
