The whole interview process was incredibly unorganized and at times blatantly unprofessional. I interviewed with both founders of the company separately, and neither were on the same page about what the position entailed. I was cancelled on and rescheduled multiple times, and the founder hung up on me and ended our interview when I was mid-sentence because I didn't want to leverage my own network to fundraise for them despite the fact fundraising not listed anywhere in the job description. Other interviewers should be sure to meet with both founders before accepting a position here.
