I applied via referral. It took 6 weeks to get informed and my first online interview was with Chinese name (No English name, no title). The 7-minute interview is one of the worst interviews I've ever had. I don't know the interviewer's name, either her title. I had to ask her many times. Then she asked me 2 questions and interview was completed. She did not review my CV in advance, only joined the meeting (even late) then reviewed it and said that: TikTok needs candidate with video experience from Facebook, Youtube,... and I am not matched. Last question I asked her regarding a typical working day of this role to know more JD, she refused to answer due to company's privacy. I was really shocked,
