Had a call with the lead recruiter which was great. Was told I would have a 45 min Zoom meeting with a managing director as a next step but instead was passed on to a PMM. For a lead role, the questions I was asked were junior in my opinion and had nothing to do with leading a team. Didn’t make it to the next round but also unsure if they really know what they’re looking for.
