I spoke with HR, hiring manager, and 3 additional team members. The HR rep was friendly, helpful, and fast with her responses. She was holding up the reputation that this organization is clearly struggling with internally. Every round after HR, the people showed up 5-10 min late, leaving 20 mins to get to know me... not enough time at all. It was indicative to their internal operations and culture of chaos. Each person even appeared and sounded tired and disengaged. I don’t think I had the opportunity to showcase my best self or even get to know what they did within the org. I ended up not getting the offer but do not feel I had a fair chance with my limited time.
