Participated in a phone screen and two additional phone interviews. Very unstructured and somewhat unprofessional. After the fourth interview I did not hear back for weeks before deciding to rescind my application. I understand some of this is a result of the speed in which the company is growing, but they need to do a better job at respecting peoples time.
