I don’t expect interviews to be overly warm, but I did find the interaction somewhat disengaged and unfocused. The tone of the interview felt more focused on having me justify my background, rather than creating a two-way conversation so it felt difficult to establish a conversation. Be prepared just in case.

The process quite quick, but i don’t know they can’t hire local HR. it’s quite confusing when the user isn’t fluent in english and suddenly talk in bilingual with mandarin when the requirement for the position wasn’t even that.
