The interview process had five main stages: Initial Screening: This was a 1-hour conversation with a Talent Acquisition specialist to see if my background was a good fit for the role. Next, I had another 1-hour interview, this time with the department's Lead. The third step involved presenting a project identifying a potential client and detailing what value it would bring to the platform. I then presented this case study to both the Department Lead and another member of the Global team. Final Feedback & Decision: The last step was a meeting with the Talent Manager to receive feedback and the final hiring decision.
