Very smooth, fast and efficient. First round with recruitment specialist, second round with the Chief People Officer, third round with the CEO. The questions were balanced and it was a genuinely interesting discussion to have during all the 3 rounds

Most of the questions were aiming to understand what one would do to example organize the training within the house or improve the compliance. My feeling was that they really wanted to understand the overall approach and vision of the DPO rather than insisting on technical questions
