I had a telephone interview. It took 20 to 25 minutes. The topics and the way the conversation flowed was very normal. If you do ask questions the HR person will give a very concise and what seems very planned answer to your questions. Be prepared for a very dry interview where you will not get an emotional response from the interviewer.
