J'ai été contactée par leur cabinet de recrutement, appelé The Early Careers Company, basé en Angleterre. J'ai passé 3 entretiens + une étude de cas (tous en anglais). Ensuite je devais passer l'entretien final dans leurs bureaux à Paris et j'ai été ghostée. J'ai relancé plusieurs fois mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour. Expérience désastreuse et manque de respect total

First 20minutes call with an HR and then ITV in Gent's Office. i was told during the interview that feedback culture and transparency are really important for them and that they will send me a feedback asap. 2 days later, i received an automatic email saying that they received an overwhelming amounts of candidacy and they decided to pursue with other candidates for the position. I replied to the email friendly asking for a feedback and was ghosted...
