I applied online and received a call the next day for a phone interview. The HR person then had my answers reviewed by the managers, once they approved we set up a date and time for an in person interview. A few days or the week following that I received an invitation for a second interview with the same people. After that it was a waiting game until they gave me a call with an offer and then an official offer email.
